KickBox Conditioning Circuit- This class develops your inner warrior by using mixed martial arts drills that increase your athletic performance while increasing speed, agility and full body strength.  It's not just for the fight enthusiast  - all athletes will benefit with these dynamic drills that get your cardiovascular working at its peek performace.

STRONG by Zumba® - combines high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.

Zumba® - The perfect combo of fun and fitness has made Zumba® classes a world-wide phenomenon.  We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. It's a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Zumba®  Toning- The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

Ashta Yoga 1 - (Basics) Learn the fundamentals of yoga, the importance of breath, and how to initiate basic postures. Even if you've had prior yoga experience, this class is advised. Everything builds upon this foundation, so you don't want it to be weak, deficient, or unstable.

Ashta Yoga 2 - Journey half-way through the Ashtanga Yoga primary series. Basic or previous yoga experience is helpful but not required. Modifications are given to those who need it but class will move at a moderate pace to begin experiencing the dynamic rhythm of your body and breath.  Taking this class regularly will increase strength stamina, and flexibility, while increasing circulation, and reducing inflammation in the joints.  This is a great foundation for yoga and will improve you overall quality of life.

Ashta Yoga 3 - The Traditional led class happens once a week where all levels come together to practice. We recommend Ashta Yoga 1 & 2, but it is not required. This is a flowing presentation of the Ashtanga Full Primary Series. Verbal and physical guidance are offered without interrupting the rhythm of practice. This class is taught traditional in Sanskrit guiding breath and counts.

Mysore - The traditional style practiced in Mysore, India. With individualized instruction and adjustments, students achieve a meditative flow at their own pace.  Sharing the room with yogis of all levels allows the students to give and receive inspiration and energy. Yoga Basics or some prior experience with the Ashtanga Primary series is strongly recommended.

Pilates develops strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture — with a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise. The discipline emphasizes correct form instead of going for the burn.

CardioKick is a Mixed Martial Art athletic training set to motivating music, made to fit in an express time slot. Easy to follow fight patterns and drills create a HIIT effect that will give you all you need to improve your cardiovascular strength and endurance.
