Monday – Friday:  ..... 5:30 am – 8:00 pm

Saturday:...................... 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Sunday:......................... Closed

BOTH SIDES OF THE GYM ARE OPEN DURING STAFFED HOURS but 24/7 access is not allowed in Phase 2.

Available Re-opening Services:

Group Fitness Classes – Classes must be reserved 

Weight equipment with distancing guidelines

Cardio Equipment with distancing guidelines

Restrooms are open but showers and changing rooms are unavailable

Childcare is not available in Phase 2

Smoothie Bar is not available in Phase 2


What To Expect:

Sign in’s with compliancy and guideline waiver

Mask to be worn in common areas while not working out.


What To Bring:




Water Bottle – Ice and cups will not be available.  Water refilling station will be available.


Member Expectations:

  • If you are sick or experiencing symptoms – STAY HOME!

  • Come dressed to work out – Changing facilities are not available in Phase 2

  • Sanitize hands at check-in after you sign in

  • Clean and sanitize each piece of equipment after use

  • Respect others’ space and social distancing of 6 feet

  • Wash your hands after restroom use

  • Sneeze/cough into elbow

  • Bring your own towels, water bottle and mat

  • Wear your mask while moving through all common areas of the facility


Attendance Capacity:

We will be operating at 25% capacity – space inside the gym is limited.
